Remove repeated words and false starts, stutters. Make sentence starts and stops less sensitive.

I think Sonix can benefit by deleting repeated words and false starts, stutters, and possibly filler words like “you know.” Most of the time these words are useless to conversation and not needed. This could also be an option to turn on once we start transcription. I find myself having to find and replace you know, kind of, sort of, so, and so, etc. and it takes a lot of time. People frequently stutter and repeat words like and, I, you, we, they, but, the, etc. If Sonix automatically deleted these repeated words that would save a lot of time editing.

Another thing I’ve noticed is Sonix’s sentence starting and stopping usually happens when there’s even the slightest pause in speech. This sometimes makes for wrong sentences and requires a lot of time to fix.

Example: I would. Like to go. To the store. To. Buy some stuff for you.

When it should be: I would like to go to the store to buy some stuff for you.

If there is a way to fix this, that would be helpful as well. These are my two suggestions. Some of Sonix.ai’s competitors in the market already have these features in play and implemented, and it makes transcription much faster, but Sonix has the best editing interface, so combining the best of both worlds here.
