Merge two or more transcripts into one transcript

Working in multilingual meetings, it would be very useful to be able to merge two or more transcripts (form individual recordings) in one transcript using the timestamp. Audio do not have to be merged at the same time, but could be.

When we have also interpreters involved, it would be nice to be able to have the transcript of the interpreter in addition to the participant original transcript or replacing the original transcript (alignment is more trick, as we can have few seconds difference between participant and interpreter timecodes)
